— The Minds of Light Mission
What we offer
Minds of Light helps youth and adults on the autism spectrum and other neurodivergent individuals gain independence, confidence, and meaningful employment through emotional intelligence education, mentoring, and real-world skill building.
Our programs are built on lived experience and designed by autistic leaders who understand the path to independence.
We also partner with inclusive employers, schools, and community organizations to create meaningful pathways to employment and independence.
Empowered Pathways
Through our Empowered Pathways program, members receive:
Individual Coaching: Personalized guidance focused on emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and job-readiness skills.
Small Group Workshops: Collaborative learning in communication, teamwork, and leadership.
Peer-Led Meetups: Safe spaces to practice social and professional skills in real-world settings.
Online Learning Tools: Flexible, structured content designed for neurodiverse learning styles. (coming soon)
Family Integration Sessions: Training and support to help families reinforce life and emotional skills at home.
Together, we’re building a world where neurodivergent individuals aren’t just included — they’re empowered to lead, innovate, and shine.
