I am grateful to Alison and her organization for the valuable mentorship and training that I have received, I have learned a great deal and have grown both personally and professionally. As I've interacted with other members of the group, I've noticed that I get along well with them and have a strong sense of belonging to them. In fact, as I've gotten to know the people in this organization better, I've realized that myself as well may be on the autism spectrum. This realization has been both surprising and enlightening, and I am grateful to be a part of a community that values diversity and acceptance. Overall, I am grateful for the opportunity to work with this non-profit organization. It has given me mentorship, learning opportunities, and a sense of belonging that I will cherish forever. This organization is highly recommended to anyone looking for a supportive community that values personal growth and acceptance.

I Volunteer at Minds of Light for Alison. She’s terrific to work with and her organization is amazing for people on the spectrum. I’m looking forward to how she, the other volunteers, and myself can spread autism awareness in the world.

My name is Brielle Graef, and I live in San Jacinto, CA. My fiance, Hunter and I are members of Aspie Life Inc, also known as Minds of Light. Hunter started bringing me to their events in 2020, and it has made a huge difference in our lives.

Hunter's mom, Sherry, is friends with the founder of Aspie Life's mom, Alison Jones. They've been working together for over 10 years, helping each other with strategies and ways to support Hunter and Alison's autistic teen kids. They've been an incredible team, even providing respite to each other during meltdowns.

Now that Hunter and I are adults and more educated about our autistic selves, we find life a bit easier to navigate. We've learned so many skills through working with Minds of Light, and we're super grateful for all their help.

Because of their support, I now have a job as a caregiver! It's the perfect fit for me, as I prefer working in environments where I can have some control rather than interacting with lots of people in public. I'm so thankful for the job help and the guidance on relationships we've received from Minds of Light.

In short, Minds of Light has been a real game changer for us. Thanks so much to the staff and members for all the support. Minds of Light has also introduced us to a fantastic community of people who share similar experiences and challenges. It's refreshing to be surrounded by individuals who truly understand what it's like to be on the autism spectrum. At every event we've attended, we've found a welcoming atmosphere that promotes personal growth and fosters long-lasting friendships.

One of the things I love most about Aspie Life is the variety of programs they offer. From social events to life skills workshops, they truly cater to the diverse needs of their members. It's through these programs that Hunter and I have gained valuable insights on how to better cope with everyday situations and improve our communication as a couple.

The staff and volunteers at Minds of Light are genuinely committed to the well-being and growth of their members. Their dedication, patience, and understanding have been instrumental in helping us overcome obstacles and reach our full potential.

To sum it up, our lives have been greatly enriched since joining Aspie Life Inc, and we can't thank the Minds of Light staff and members enough for their unwavering support. We look forward to many more years of personal growth and success with this amazing organization by our side.

Alison and her team have been so friendly and accommodating to myself and my adult son, helping him with how to conduct himself in social situations and putting him in contact with a very helpful person, who has been tireless in helping my son improve his Resume as well as his LinkedIn Profile. Alison is passionate about helping other people on the autism spectrum and has a kind heart and great business mind. I hope that she and her team will have access to the finances and resources needed to continue with this great ministry. Aspie Life Inc. are working hard to help other Autistic people socialize, find jobs and cope with day-to-day living. Thank you for highlighting this very worthy organization.

My name is Hunter Oles. I am a 25-year-old on the autism spectrum, and I wanna share how awesome Aspie Life Inc, AKA Minds of Light, has been for me and my fiancé, Brielle. I started going to their events in June 2020, and I can say it's been super helpful and fun.

I've got autism, bipolar 1, ADD, and manic depression, so life ain't always easy. But Aspie Life has been like a lifeline for me. They organize lots of cool events, like going to parks and playing sports. The annual 4th of July and New Year's Eve parties are always a blast! There's even a picture of me, Brielle, and my mom, Sherry, at one of the events. We love hangin' out with other people who get what it's like to be autistic.

Brielle and I have picked up some really helpful life skills since joining Aspie Life, and Alison's been great in supporting us. We're excited to learn more, make new friends, and keep building our network as they roll out new programs.

So, I wanna send a big thanks to the Minds of Light staff and members! Y'all have made a huge difference in our lives, and we can't wait to see what's next.

Thank you,

Hello Everyone!

I'm Jacob, a 20-year-old member of Aspie Life Inc. I wanna tell you how awesome this group is and how much better my life's been since I joined with them.

The coolest thing about going to events and meetups with this community, is that I feel like I'm part of something special. In other social situations, I've experienced judgment when I stim or act differently. But at the Aspie Life gatherings, the members totally get it and we're all cool with each other's quirks. It's amazing to feel truly accepted and loved.

We've done so many fun things together since I joined in 2022!! My favorites are enjoying great meals at different restaurants in So Cal, watching movies, bowling, hiking, playing games, and even doing karaoke! We have even gone on group vacations to Las Vegas and Sedona, Az.

I met Katie, who's also a member of Aspie Life Inc., and now we're dating. We love going to events and meetups together, and it's awesome to share these experiences with someone who understands me. We have our struggles but do get help from our Life Coaches.

Aspie Life has definitely been a game-changer for me. They've created a safe and supportive community where I can just be myself without any judgment or awkwardness.

A big thank you to Alison & everyone at Aspie Life.! You guys have seriously made a positive impact on my life, and I can't wait for more adventures with this amazing community and my girlfriend, Katie. Keep up the fantastic support network and the fun!

I'm Katie Kelleghan! I'm a 20-year-old who's been a part of Aspie Life Inc. since 2020. I just wanna say how amazing this group is and how much being part of this community has changed my life for the better!

My first event was at a park hangout where we ate pizza and snacks. I brought my autistic friend, Drago, and we had so much fun playing soccer and basketball with everyone. We made new friends that day and it felt great to be a part of something so cool.
Diana, my life coach, is like the best coach ever! She's helped me with so many things and I feel like I've grown so much. When I had a tough time at work because my boss didn't really get my autism stuff, Aspie Life Inc. had my back and helped sort things out. They were total lifesavers!

Since joining Minds of Light, I've made tons of friends who just get me. It's awesome to hang out with people who understand what it's like being autistic. The best part is, I met my boyfriend, Jacob, who's also autistic, and now we go to all these events and meetups together. It's seriously my favorite community to be a part of.
Thank you so much, Aspie Life Inc., for being there for me and making such a huge difference in my life. You guys rock!
With love,
Katie

Over the past three years, I have grown in so many ways. This organization has helped me improve my life skills, business skills, and relationship-building skills. I have made incredible friendships and memories that I will cherish forever. After learning about Aspie Life Inc AKA Minds of Light's remarkable impact, I am seriously considering volunteering with the organization.

As an autistic person, my involvement in this organization has given me a strong sense of community and belonging. Through my involvement in numerous programs and events offered by Aspie Life Inc. during the past three years, I have improved my relationship-building, life, and business skills.

I am grateful for the good moments, beautiful memories, and friendships I have formed during my stay here. I definitely recommend getting involved with Minds of Light if you are on the autistic spectrum and searching for a helpful group. It is a unique and unusual organization that truly understands and helps those on the spectrum, with all executive staff and the many of the volunteers also being on the spectrum.
